Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University (IZU) is one of the leading international research university in Turkey with 38 undergraduate programs, 68 master’s programs and 22 doctoral (Ph.D.) programs.
IZU carries with its a long-established tradition of intellectualism and experience. With its 629.512,48 m2 of land, the university’s historical campus dates back to 1892 Agricultural and Veterinary College. IZU was founded in 2010 as a non-profit foundation university which is currently accredited by the Turkish Higher Education Council and serves over 11000 students.
IZU is located on the western part of Istanbul near main transportation routes and is also close by to the new Istanbul Airport. The Marmaray fast train line which travels from central Anatolia through İstanbul to Europe is just next to IZU campus.
