Books are placed alphabetically on the shelves according to the "Classification" letters and numbers printed on the labels on their backs. In the ranking of books carrying the same letter (or letters), a lower number is taken into account. If the figures are the same with the letters, the information in the next row will be taken into consideration. For example; In the Library Classification System, the letter "D" indicates works related to history. By adding other letters beside the letter "D", subtitle headings in the field of history come into play.
