IZU Central Library, The Greatest Library in Istanbul has been opened.


After the completion of its construction, the new Central Library of Sabahattin Zaim University in Istanbul has been opened. With a 13.500 square meters of area of usage, 1500 researching attendees and 1 million book capacity, IZU Central Library is now the greatest library in Istanbul and stands out as one of the largest in Turkey.

IZU Central Library now being the heart of the University continues to maintain the scientific legacy of Halkali Agriculture and Veterinary School and Mehmet Akif Ersoy.

The Central Library provides access to knowledge to the university’s academicians and students in a very comfortable environmant and is already one of the most essential place in institution’s grounds.

IZU Central Library will continue to serve for 24 hours during final exams.
