Minimum and Maximum Durations
The duration of activity for student traineeship mobility by the European Commission is determined as at least 2 months and maximum 12 months. However, in order for the participants to benefit from Erasmus + internship mobility at our university, the activity period to be granted is limited to a minimum of 60 days and maximum 65 days.
The mobility period must be carried out continuously. During the mobility, if the business is closed because of holidays, it means your mobility gets interrupted for the holiday period.Grants will be paid for the period when the business is closed, but the closed time will not be added to the activity period. In order to ensure minimum mobility time, the dates of the internship to be closed must be investigated in advance and it is necessary to ensure that the minimum period is ensured even after the holiday period is removed. Weekend holidays are not the vacation period to be deducted from the activity period.
In the case of student traineeship mobility, when the certificate of participation is observed to be active for less than 2 months in the participation certificate, the activity is considered invalid and no grant payment is made to the beneficiary.
The student who has been determined to perform less than 2 months in the certificate of participation must return the entire grant.
