Mobility for Training
Staff mobility for Training is an area of activity for the staff of an ECHE owned higher institution in Turkey that enables staff to have training in one of the program countries.
Within this mobility it is possible to take various trainings (such as on-the-job trainings, observation processes) in order to develop the skills for their current job.
Seminar and conference participation cannot be supported within the scope of the activity.
All the permanent academic and administrative staff who work full time in our university can apply for the mobility. In the staff mobility for training, priority is given to administrative staff of the university.
Erasmus+ Program Countries
United Kingdom, Denmark, The Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, Turkey *, Greece, Germany , Spain, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia.
The amount of grants awarded according to the countries to be visited is indicated in the published application announcements.
Turkey is a country involved in the Erasmus+ Program. However, participants cannot perform the mobility in Turkey.
Eligible Institutions
The institution / organization to be visited must have one of the following options:
1- The receiving institution must have an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE, Erasmus Charter),
2- Any public or private organization active in the labor market or in the fields of education, training and youth.
- Small, medium and large-scale private or public institutions/organizations (including social enterprises),
- A public institution at a local, regional or national level,
- Trade chambers, social partners, including trades/professional associations and unions, or any other representative of the working life,
- Research Institutes,

Foundations,

School/institute/training center (including adult education from pre-school education at any level,

A non-profit organization, association, NGO,
-
An organization that provides career guidance, vocational counseling and information services.
The institution must be located in the Program Country.
Staff Mobility for Training Objectives
- To enable the beneficiaries to acquire knowledge and practical skills through the transfer of knowledge and experience,

To enable beneficiaries to learn the experiences/practices of a different institution and to develop the skills needed for their current work,

Activities such as short-term assignment, work training, work visit can be performed within the scope of training activities.
Minimum and Maximum Durations
The period for the staff mobility for training must be a minimum of 2 consecutive business days excluding travel and a maximum of 2 months.
According to the Erasmus+ Program Application Regulation of our University, the duration of activity in staff mobility for training is limited to at least 2 days and maximum 5 days.
In the case of staff mobility for training, the activity is deemed to be invalid and the beneficiary is not paid any grants when the beneficiary shows that the beneficiary has been operating for less than 2 days.
Staff who are found to perform activities less than 2 days in the participation certificate have to return all grants they have received.
