Full time academicians in the above-mentioned institutions.
How to Apply?
The application consists only online application.
Online Application
Preliminary Applications are received via the Erasmus + Online Application System. (http://applyerasmus.izu.edu.tr)
If applied for the first time, the applicant e-mail must be confirmed by clicking on the "Register & Apply" section.
If you have applied before, you can access the application form by entering the application system with your e-mail and password.
Required Documents
- The relevant application announcement must be read carefully before application.
- The appropriateness of the dates of utilization of the mobility on the application announcement should be checked. The unit director should get an idea about the suitability of the expected mobility date.
- Online Application Form must be filled correctly and completely.
- The photo of the applicant should be added to the application form.
- If there is an acceptance letter from the institution to be visited, it must be uploaded to the system.
- If there is a Language Exam Result Document (exams accepted by the university such as TOEFL-IBT, TOEFL-CBT, TOEFL-PBT, and IELTS) can be uploaded to the system. (language documents will be evaluated by considering the validity of 5 years. The validity date of the other examination documents is 2 years.)
- Disabled Personnel should upload the disability document to the system.
- Veteran Personnel should upload the veteran's certificate to the system.
- Personnel who has relative as martyrs or veterans should upload the document proving that they are relative of a martyr or a veteran.
- If a step in the higher education level is completed on a foreign language, document should be uploaded to the system.

The academic staff certifying the result of the examination such as, TOEFL, IELTS or equivalence examination accepted by OSYM will be awarded with the points as indicated in the table on the side.
Or, for the academic staff who graduated from their PhD abroad will receive their foreign language points of +8 points, as if they would for a Foreign Language Exam score between 81-90.

Erasmus+ Grants
Within the scope of the Erasmus + Program, selected staff members can receive an Erasmus + grant to cover the costs during their mobility. Erasmus+ Grant is an additive and may not meet the costs (visas, accommodation, flight tickets and living expenses) for 100% before and during the mobility. In this case, the applicant must meet the missing part.
