Important note: Participation in the mobility must be between 5.04.2018 to 31.05.2018.
Staff Mobility for Training with Erasmus + Program Countries
The training mobility of the Erasmus+ program allows the staff of higher education institutions to have training for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 2 months in another program country. Full-time staff working at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University can receive training in a Program country.
How to Apply?
Personnel who want to apply must fill in the online application form at:
Application Documents
- Online Application Form must be filled in full.
- The photo must be added to the application form.
- If there is a Language Exam Result Document (TOEFL-IBT, TOEFL-CBT, TOEFL-PBT, YDS, YÖKDİL and IELTS exams are accepted by the university) can be uploaded to the system. (YDS and YÖK language documents will be evaluated by considering the validity of 5 years and the validity date of the other examination documents is 2 years.)
- Disabled Staff must upload the disability document to the system.
- Veteran Staff must upload the veteran’s certificate to the system.
- Personnel who has relative martyrs or the veterans must upload the document proving that they are relatives of the martyrs or the veterans.
- If the staff has finished a step of the higher education level on a foreign language, it must be documented.
Minimum Requirements
In order to be able to participate in the activity, the staff must first meet the following minimum requirements:
- Working full time in IZU (Academic, administrative)
- Staff who are not obligated for teaching (Such as research assistants)

Online applications are ranked according to the above measures.Candidates with the highest score are selected as noble, spare and ungranted within the quotas.
Erasmus+ Mobility Option with Grant
The amount of daily allowance to be provided to the personnel who will benefit from the training mobility is determined by the National Agency in accordance with the living standards of the countries as follows:

80% of the Erasmus grant is given before mobility starts. The remaining 20% is credited to the Euro account specified by the beneficiary in the contract signed with the personnel who will be able to take advantage of the training mobility after the transactions are completed.
2017-2018 Academic year mobility grant is for activities between 4 April 2018 - 25 May 2018.
The willing staff can take advantage of the training mobility without grant.
The amount of the grant awarded in the training mobility is calculated by the sending institution in the framework of the rules determined by the National Agency.
A person who benefits from the mobility of training will be paid a travel allowance based on daily / weekly per diem and travel distance within the rules set by the Center. This payment is a contribution to the travel and per diem expenses incurred abroad. Payment of travel expenses are a contribution to the cost of travel to and from the place where the participants are located. Travel distance is calculated using the distance calculator provided by the European Commission. Once, it is added to the participant's grant.

The grant given to the staff benefiting from the mobility of training is not intended to cover all expenses related to travel abroad.
Erasmus+ Mobility Option without Grant
Staff may exercise this right by using the "without Grant" preference on the online form at the time of application or by notifying the Erasmus Institution Coordinator after the results are announced.
Additional Grant for Special Needs Owners
For disabled staff, they may receive additional grants according to their specific needs. For detailed information, please contact with the Erasmus Office.

Grant Calculation
In staff mobility, selected staff will be given 5-day grants and travel support.
Eg: 5 x the amount of daily grant of the Country of Departure + the travel grant given by the value of the country calculated according to the destination country.
