Our university's graduate students can complete their course selection process for the 2025-2026 fall semester between September 17-19, 2025 via the Campus Information System at https://derskayit.izu.edu.tr using their email address and password.
Students who have completed their course period:
must select their course periods.
Students who do not renew their registration cannot receive a Student ID Card, Discounted Transportation Card, IZU Scholarship or Discount, KYK Scholarship or Loan, also Military Deferment Procedures will not be carried out for these students, and if already carried out, they will be canceled. Residence Permits/Residence Certificates will not be issued for foreign students. If a Residence Permit/Residence Certificate has been issued, it will be canceled.
The Student Status of students who have not renewed their registration will be updated as “Inactive-Student Who Has Not Renewed Registration” in the IZU - Campus Information System and the YÖK - YÖKSİS Information System, and the semester(s) for which registration has not been renewed will be counted toward the student's maximum period of study.
Other important points to consider:
1. Those who do not know their Campus Information System email address and password can reset their password by clicking the “I Forgot My Password” link at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login.
2. Course selection procedures must be approved by course coordinators.
3. Thesis/Project, Doctoral Qualification, and Doctoral Thesis Proposal course selections will be automatically approved by the system.
4. Students without a Thesis/Project advisor can contact their Department to request an advisor assignment (https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login Students requesting a thesis advisor change must contact their Department).
5. Students experiencing any issues during the course selection process may contact their program coordinators via email (click here for Program Coordinator's email addresses). 6. Students receiving a debt warning during course selection can check their debt information and make their payment at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr odeme.
7. Students who have completed 4 semesters of study in doctoral and thesis-based master's programs cannot select courses. Students who have completed 3 semesters of study in non-thesis master's programs cannot select courses.
