Applications for internal transfer (non-thesis-thesis / thesis–non-thesis) in the spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year will be accepted between 17-21 January 2024.

For applications for transfer to the graduate program with THESIS;

Applications must be submitted through the Campus Information System at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login, under the “Application Management” and “Application Forms” section.

For applications for transition to the graduate program Non-THESIS;

The Petition for Transition to the Non-Thesis Master Program, available at https://l24.im/Svfk7Y must be filled out by the student and sent by e-mail to the relevant Institute Staff.

Points to be Considered Before and After the Transition Procedures:

1. The student who wants to transfer to the graduate program with thesis must study at least one semester in the non-thesis graduate program and must have taken and passed all courses during that semester.
2. Students studying in the Scientific Preparatory Program cannot apply for transfer.
3. Students who apply for transfer to the graduate program with thesis will be charged the non-thesis-thesis difference fee of the semester. There is no refund for those who transfer from thesis graduate program to non-thesis graduate program.
4. Students who have completed their transition to the graduate program thesis or non-thesis are required to request exemption from the courses they have previously taken and succeeded in the Campus Information System/Course Exemption Requests section. 5. Students who transfer to the graduate program with thesis are required to select a thesis supervisor and determine the thesis proposal and send it to the Head of the Department.
6. Those who transfer to the non-thesis graduate program must choose a project supervisor and project title and send this information to the Head of the Department.
