Dear student,

You can make your course selection process for the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year between 02-12 February 2023 at https://derskayit.izu.edu.tr/ with your Campus Information System e-mail address and password.

Students who have completed the course period;

• Doctoral students: Ph.D. Qualification Exam, Ph.D. Thesis Proposal, Ph.D. Thesis
• Master's students with thesis: Master’s Thesis
• Master's students with non-thesis: Master’s Project

is compulsory to choose the course periods.

Students who do not renew their registration cannot get a Student Certificate, Discounted Transportation Card, IZU Scholarship or Discount, KYK Scholarship or Credit, and in addition, these students' Military Postponement Procedures are not carried out; if they has been made, it is canceled, and Residence Permit/Residence Certificate is not given for international students, if a residence permit/residence certificate has been given, it is canceled.

Students whose registration is not renewed are updated as "Passive-Unregistered Student" in the IZU-Campus Information System and YÖK-YÖKSİS Information System, and the semester/s whose registration is not renewed are counted as the student's maximum education period.

Other things to consider:

1. Those who do not know the e-mail address and password of the Campus Information System can renew their passwords at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login via the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Course selections have to be approved by the course coordinators.
3. Thesis/Project, Ph.D. Qualification and Ph.D. Thesis Proposal selections will be automatically approved by the system.
4. Students who do not have a Thesis/Project supervisor must contact the Head of the Department and request a supervisor to be appointed. (A thesis supervisor cannot be selected other than the Thesis/Project supervisor, which is listed in the "Student Information" section of the https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/login address. Students who request a thesis advisor change should contact the Department.)
5. If you have any problems during the course selection process, you can contact your program supervisor via e-mail. (Click for the e-mail addresses of the Program Responsibles.)
6. Students who receive a debt alert during the course selection can learn their debt information and make payments at https://kampus.izu.edu.tr/odeme.
7. Those who have completed 4 semesters study period in doctoral and master's programs with thesis cannot choose a course. Those who have completed the 3 semesters study period in non-thesis master's programs cannot choose a course.
