He was born in 1957 in Bursa. In 1981, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics. In 1985, he became a research assistant at Uludag University. He completed his master's degree in 1986 and his doctorate in 1991. In 2002, he became an associate professor at Uludağ University. In 2008 he was appointed as a professor. Between 2007-2011 he worked at Istanbul Aydın University. Between 2012 and 2014, he worked as the vice-rector of the Bitlis Erin University. In 2015, he retired from the Yıldız Technical University. Between 2015-2017, he worked as the Director of Social Sciences Institute at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. In 2017, he was appointed as deputy dean of the Faculty of Education. He is currently the Vice Rector of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. He has publications on applied statistics, statistical analysis, multivariate statistics and theoretical statistics.

Professor Dr. İbrahim GÜNEY is married and a father of three children.

Prof. Dr. Nasuh USLUHe was born in 1966 in İzmir. He completed his elementary education in Izmir and secondary education in Manisa. In 1988, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. He got scholarship by the Ministry of Education to study abroad in the United Kingdom and received his master's degree in International Relations from the University of Birmingham (1990) and his PhD from the Middle Eastern Studies center at the University of Durham (1994). In 1995, he started working as an assistant professor at Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations. In March 2005, he became an assistant professor, and in May 2010 he became professor. At Kırıkkale University, He served as vice dean between 2009-2010, Director of Institute of Social Sciences between 2010-2011 and Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2011-2014. After working at the Police Academy between January 2015 and August 2015, and when he passed to the Social Sciences University of Ankara, he became the Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences from October 2016 until January 2018. His main research areas are Turkish-American relations, the Cyprus problem, Turkish foreign policy, US foreign policy and Middle East studies. Besides the numerous articles published in national and international journals, he has 3 books published in the United States and  4 books published in Turkey. Also, except  for the many translated articles from English to Turkish, he has translated  six basic books in the international relations field to Turkish.


Dr. Benaouda Bensaid earned his Ph.D. from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and holds over 25 years of experience in teaching and management in Canada and abroad. Dr. Bensaid specializes in various subjects of Islamic development and sustainability, spirituality, law and ethics.  Dr. Bensaid was formerly attached to the President’s Office of Effat University, Saudi Arabia, where he advised on a number of portfolios including strategic planning and management, accreditation, quality assurance and standards, research rankings, as well as postgraduate development. Prior to that, he served at length in the International Islamic University of Malaysia both in the Rector’s Office, management division and later as head of the Department of Leadership Skills at the Centre of Leadership and Soft Skills. He furthermore served as the Executive Director of the Canadian Islamic Center, and Director of several academies in Canada. 

Bensaid has served extensively as an editorial member and reviewer for several academic journals, while working at-length in training researchers to publish in reputable and high impact journals. He has published prolifically on a variety of issues. He is furthermore passionate about supporting holistic growth among students, to see them become effective intellectuals, scholars, and dedicated professionals to their countries and the world. Dr. Bensaid is furthermore a member in several organizations, and served as the Vice-President of the Islamic Family Social Services Association, as well as a Board Member of the Alberta Muslim Council, Alberta, Canada. He was instrumental to the founding of a number of projects and institutions in Canada, and has delivered numerous workshops and lectures on a broad range of interdisciplinary topics.
